Sitting in a chair at work and home can lead to neck pain, low back pain and arm dysfunction even simply standing incorrectly will cause hip pain(nurses).

My Story
Hi! Im the mastermind behind all this. I decided to become the best all around personal trainer. I was sick of seeing poor quality personal training with missing aspects to the client to be successful and safety in their fitness journey. Its not only fitness, nutrition, accountability, it involves one major component that is constantly overlooked; MOTIVATION. Without this, fitness programs will always fail. This led me to create: ALMOST PERFECT PERSONAL TRAINING- How personal training IS and SHOULD BE, or just simply how to start exercise. Your most precious things on earth is your body, time and money; but your body, your body to be pain free and move without problems throught out your life is EVERYTHING.

- They dont assess you for body imbalances and posture imbalances(MOST IMPORTANT)

General health/Personal training program- So thankful I met Dee! I was desperately searching for a personal trainer on the internet and stumbled upon this gem! I was hopeless I was never going to drop into a healthy weight especially with my busy work life! Time and travels were my biggest problems and he knew all the strategies to help me be successful! It’s going to be a LONG JOURNEY. Breaking old eating habits, planing for your days ahead and staying motivated while on the road for work is definitely a test to your commitment but when you have a great trainer that goes above and beyond for you it’s so much simpler.
YES all the strategies are found on the internet today but it takes someone really special to get you to commit and get through to you deep down to the core of yourself to stay focused! The roadmap to success is in front of you all you have to do is follow and want it and have an openness to listen!

Weight Loss Program- Got my jump start transformation with Dee! I kept getting passed down trainer to trainer either with them leaving or company management. I didn’t care I was happy to miss gym lol honestly! Then I was passed to coach Dee; he discussed to me how sitting or laying most the time would most likely lead to an early death or a lot of medical issues which I already had(sleep apnea and high blood pressure). At 50 years old and his transformation tactics(he calls it); that surely uncovered my deep motivation that I can never reach. GLUTE PROGRAM- I had no idea of the steps I had to do before I can even start glute training. Here I was going to the gym hip thrusting, sumo deadlifts(which is not really for glutes btw lol don’t be me)and cables expecting to look like the instagram women you see. I said “why do I feel it only in my quads or hamstrings” it was madly infuriating lol. Turns out sitting for 8-12 hours because of school and work shut off my glute muscles and I needed to learn to reactivate them. I wish I would’ve known sooner I can’t imagine the gains I could’ve made! But we live and learn so glad you saved my time! Thank you coach
